Join us for a Vision Board Party!
First, we will help you get clear in what it is that you would like to bring into your life for the year ahead (what change, shift, transformation are you desiring to manifest into being and what action steps can you take to go about that).
After you have decided how you want your life to look in the upcoming year you will then create a visual board to reflect that image.
We will have magazines, stickers, images, and more to pull from. Feel free to bring some of your own images as well! We will wrap up this workshop with a guided meditative journey where we will be sending high vibration, positive energy, and affirmations out into the Universe to propel us faster toward our goals than ever before!
Why a Vision Board? Vision Boards can be a very powerful tool when working towards any goal - big or small. Ideally, it is placed in a spot where you will see it every day - sending visual cues to your subconscious mind that this is the life you wish to live by design. Think of this as a powerful way to say, "YES, PLEASE!" to the Universe and create what you desire.
